CDI achieves top customer satisfaction scores in Cisco’s worldwide quarterly assessment process

The Customer Satisfaction Excellence program acknowledges certified partners who’ve earned the highest customer satisfaction scores as part of Cisco’s worldwide quarterly assessment process. In order to qualify for Customer Satisfaction Excellence recognition, partners must achieve a minimum number of survey responses and meet or exceed the Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence target for each one’s respective region.
