Trish Bakker of Computer Design & Integration LLC (CDI LLC) Honored as One of CRN’s 2019 Women of the Channel
List honors women whose channel expertise and vision are deserving of recognition
New York – May 21, 2019 – Computer Design & Integration LLC (CDI LLC) announced today that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Trish Bakker, Chief Executive Officer, to its prestigious 2019 Women of the Channel list. The leaders on this annual list are from all areas of the IT channel ecosystem; representing technology suppliers, distributors, solution providers, and other IT organizations. Each is recognized for her contributions to channel advocacy, channel growth and visionary leadership.
CRN editors choose the list from a multitude of channel leadership applicants and select the final honorees based on their professional accomplishments, demonstrated expertise, and ongoing dedication to the IT channel.
Trish co-founded CDI in 1995 with her husband, Eric, in the garage of their home in Tappan, New York. When Eric presented the idea of starting a new business, Trish was pregnant with their second child and had an almost three-year-old son. But as she does now for the employees of her company, she was supportive in this venture and helped drive the hybrid IT solutions provider into the $300 million organization it is today. As CEO with responsibility for human resources, sales, marketing and operations, Trish will continue to drive this privately held IT consulting and reselling organization in pursuit of its future milestone – increasing revenue over the next several years to $500 million.
“CRN’s 2019 Women of the Channel list honors influential leaders who are accelerating channel growth through mutually-beneficial partnerships, incredible leadership, strategic vision, and unique contributions in their field,” said Bob Skelley, CEO of The Channel Company. “This accomplished group of leaders is driving channel success and we are proud to honor their achievements.”
“It is an honor to be recognized and a privilege to share this award with such a well-respected group – all whom have made incredible contributions to the channel ecosystem,” said Trish Bakker, CEO, CDI. “As a women-owned business enterprise, we’re committed to creating a diverse and inclusive corporate culture where all talent is cultivated and valued. I look forward to using my platform to continue fostering long-lasting relationships with our partners as we work together to accelerate growth and drive our customers toward digital transformation.”
The 2019 Women of the Channel list will be featured in the June issue of CRN Magazine and online at www.CRN.com/WOTC.
