WELCOME

We've been expecting you.

By leaning into our culture, we are becoming a High-Tech dynasty taking the country by storm. We are building something great here at CDI, but we need your help to keep us moving in the right direction. Take a ride with us as we detail just what it means to work at CDI, what we're about, and hear more about the #ChangeOrDie mentality.

Work
flexibility.

First things first: We listen to our team members.

When we polled the entirety of CDI on whether they wanted to remain remote or get back to the office, we heard from our team that they appreciated the option to work from home. It's your choice. If you want to come into one of our offices, do it! If you want to work from your home, we support that, too.

Join CDI and you won’t have to worry about uprooting your family, moving away from friends, or having to pack a moving truck (we know – it's the worst). But if you want to get back to the office, come join us at any of our locations: New York City, Atlanta, Boston, Philadelphia, Miami... see more

No degree
required.

We value the role higher education plays in developing the skillsets needed for the next generation of CDI All-Stars… but let’s face it, it’s not for everyone. In fact, our next great teammate might realize college isn’t for them, or they may be ready to jump right into a role at CDI straight out of High School.

We don’t require a degree to be part of this team. If you are ready to get to work, we’re ready to work with you.

Flexible
PTO.

The one caveat of working from home is that it sometimes means even more hours behind a computer screen. There is less delineation between work and personal time and, for many, a change in the hours that can be spent with family without work interruption.

That isn't healthy for you, it isn't healthy for our business. To counter that, CDI offers a flexible paid-time-off policy. We trust our employees to determine when and how to get their work done, and when they need down time with their loved ones. Add this to our 10 annual Holidays and our 40 hours of parental leave.

Looking to move?

Now that remote working is the official CDI policy, we've had employees relocate to new areas of the country. For those positions that don't require a specific geography, employees may relocate with NO salary adjustment.

From our CEO and President, Rich Falcone:

"I have seen numerous other billion-dollar organizations institute a policy that reduces employee's salaries based on their new geographic locations. Personally, I find this to be a parlor trick meant to put more money in the enterprise's pockets - and I'm not taking that bait."

Growth potential.

We never stop growing here at CDI! As we continue to expand our footprint across the country and around the world, we are going to need our A-players to take on more responsibility across the organization.

There is truly no ceiling at CDI. Build the career you want alongside some of the best in the business!

Real benefits
for real people.

CDI was founded in a New Jersey garage in 1995 but, today, we are building a tech dynasty to become the dominant hybrid cloud and digital transformation integrator on the planet!

The office location has changed, our team has changed, the world has changed… and so have our benefits. CDI is going all-in on employee benefits starting in 2023, including: hefty bonuses for things like referring a great employee ($1,500!), a healthy and competitive 401k match, updated health benefits for you and your family, employee training resources, employee resource groups, and a fully connected Internal communications platform to keep you up to speed with your coworkers.

The CDI Way

We have 6 core tenets that we like to call the "The CDI Way."

These are important pieces of the CDI puzzle - how we work, how we plan, how we live. Tap or click on the options below to learn more.

Work hard,
play hard.

We believe that iron sharpens iron. At CDI, you will come to work with the best of the best, day in and day out.

The #OneCDI team is constantly pushing forward and striving to be the industry's best in everything we do. But when it is time to kick back and celebrate our successes, no one does that better than we do! Whether that means bringing everyone to our massive annual Kickoff to take over a hotel and nightclub, top-tier events across the country, fun with celebrities, or killer Holiday parties – we're never scared of a good time.

“CDI is a human capital business and
without our people, we are nothing.”

- Rich Falcone, CEO & President, CDI

Awards and accolades are great - and we've got a few of those - but the true mark of success for us is to hear that our employees are happy and feel included. Last year, nearly 60% of CDI new hires came via employee referral. If your friends could pick where you worked, they'd pick CDI!

Take a few seconds and hear from your potential coworkers on why they love working at CDI.

who we are.

We take care of each other.

Teamwork makes the dream work. And we make sure to celebrate all of the hard work our teammates do to make our lives easier. We use Bonus.ly to help spread the love (and some gift cards).

Every month, CDI employees receive "bonus" coins to hand out to an employee who helped make their life easier. You could receive some coins just because you helped answer a complex question, were a vital member of a project, or just routinely show up with a smile.

Bonusly

Great company,
better people.

We take care of others.

We believe in being exceptional corporate citizens. Corporate and social responsibility is core to our values, and we’re committed to helping our neighbors, being ecologically aware, and seeking to make our community a better place.

We have also committed hundreds of thousands of dollars toward making an impact around the world, partnering with charity: water to help build wells and clean water infrastructure in developing countries.
