No-Charge ServiceNow Workforce Emergency Response and Risk Management Apps

ServiceNow has released no-charge community apps and resources to help companies, employees, and government agencies manage the unique challenges presented by the pandemic.

The apps are focused on:

• Emergency Response Operations: Optimize staff and resources

• Emergency Outreach: Distribute information and confirm employee safety and location via mobile app

• Emergency Self-Report: Employees can self-report illnesses and ability to return to work

• Emergency Exposure Management: Identify and manage exposure risk

These apps can be effective tools in helping you manage your response, communication and risk management workflows within ServiceNow.

Edward Smoke, Senior Solutions Architect, CDI, has over two decades of senior-level IT and management experience. Most recently, he served as the Associate Vice President of Information Technology Customer Experience for the NBA, where he was responsible for the ServiceNow platform, first-level service desk, desktop support, desktop engineering and asset management. Edward has lead development for various ITSM practices, is a Certified System Administrator within ServiceNow and holds many other industry certifications including ITIL Foundation 3.0 in IT Service Management, ITIL IT Service Strategy, and ITIL IT Service Design.
