CDI (Computer Design & Integration LLC) Named ServiceNow Elite Partner

Elite partnership status reflects firm’s commitment to ServiceNow training, product expertise and superior customer satisfaction

New York – August 29, 2019 – CDI (Computer Design & Integration LLC) announced today that it has been named a ServiceNow Elite partner. An Elite partner typically specializes in five or more ServiceNow products across the IT, Employee Experience and Customer Service workflows and has established operations in multiple geographies.

Elite status is the highest-level available to ServiceNow partners and has the strictest requirements for membership. Currently, there are only 36 Elite partners in the Americas and only four percent of total ServiceNow partners globally.

In order to attain Elite status, CDI had to meet or exceed many requirements demonstrating product and solution development, go-to-market maturity, growth metrics, and proven experience driving customer success by maintaining a minimum Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT). CDI has exceeded the number of required customer success stories and maintains an average CSAT score of 9.0. CDI is also one of only six partners to have the ITOM Product Line Achievement and its program modules include technology, services and sales.
