CDI in IT Today

CDI was recently asked by IT Today to comment on the industry shift from products to services, particularly as it relates to revenue and the relationship between Cisco and their partners.

As a product of my research for this project, I was able to uncover an abundance of resources available from Cisco that aim to assist their partners in adjusting to this shift. As it turns out, Cisco has gone above and beyond to help prepare their partners for this “Cloud” proliferation – not only by providing hardware that will assist our customers in their migration – but also by helping its partners achieve the proper certification and training necessary to provide services around the multitude of cloud-based solutions available today.
