CDI Appoints Angie Gomez as First Chief Human Resources Officer
New York – April 6, 2023 – CDI (Computer Design & Integration, LLC), a leading provider of innovative technology solutions and managed services, announced today the appointment of Angie Gomez as the company’s first Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Gomez will immediately assume the role, where she will be responsible for leading CDI’s global human resources strategy and operations.
Mrs. Gomez, who most recently held the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Compliance at CDI, brings a wealth of experience and strategic leadership to the organization. During her tenure, she has played an instrumental role in cultivating CDI’s culture, driving employee engagement, and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.

We need to be more involved in mentorship, again Angie has rolled out our first-ever mentor/mentee program. We also need to be more involved in creating a diverse and inclusive environment, and Angie has rolled out our Employee Resource Group initiatives for women, veterans, and bridging the minority divide. There is no sitting back and waiting at CDI, and Angie embodies that spirit. On top of it all, Angie’s leadership will continue to help us attract and retain top talent while driving meaningful change throughout our organization.”
As CHRO, Mrs. Gomez will lead all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, employee wellness, and employee relations. She will also play a critical role in ensuring that CDI continues to be an employer of choice in the technology industry.

Mrs. Gomez began her career in IT as VP of Human Resources for Plan B Technologies and assumed the role of VP of Compliance with CDI upon their acquisition in 2020. Shortly after, Mrs. Gomez was appointed as VP of Human Resources and Compliance. In 2022, Mrs. Gomez was named to CRN’s prestigious Women of the Channel Awards list, which recognizes influential women leaders with exceptional expertise and vision who drive channel growth and innovation.
Mrs. Gomez lives in Maryland and enjoys spending time with her family, running around with her two kids and German Shephard.
