CDI (Computer Design & Integration LLC) Acquires SecOps Partners
Latest acquisition positions CDI for advanced offerings in Security Operations and Integrated Risk Management
New York – October 14, 2021 – CDI (Computer Design & Integration LLC) announced today that it has acquired SecOps Partners, an expert ServiceNow Security Operations and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) services company. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
CDI continues its aggressive growth in digital transformation with this latest acquisition, its fifth of 2021. The addition of SecOps Partners will expand on CDI’s digital ServiceNow and security strategies, focusing on SecOps and GRC. Based out of Rochester, NY, SecOps Partners was founded in 2017 and is known for their work with high-profile clients handling vulnerability management, sustainable risk management, security consulting and incident response.
