Our work doesn't end when you're hired - we offer Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that cover numerous topics, all with the goal of making our team feel empowered and heard. We offer ERGs that support Women in Tech, Bridge the Minority Divide, Support the Veterans of CDI, and leave open the door for new ERGs to be created!

CDI University

We are always looking to bring in the best talent from around the country, and across diverse backgrounds. But the work doesn't end once you've been hired - we put in the time and effort the train you to be your best thanks to hands on training via CDI University.
