The women honored on this year’s list pushed forward with comprehensive business plans, marketing initiatives and other innovative ideas to support their partners and customers, helping them through the uncertainty brought on by the global COVID-19 pandemic. CRN celebrates these exceptional women for their leadership, dedication and channel advocacy.

The award recognizes an exclusive subgroup of elite industry role models who continue to drive professional success through leadership and dedication to their own organizations and the entire IT channel.
Since joining CDI in 2016, Hall has been instrumental in elevating the company’s brand, and overseeing all marketing initiatives and channel relationships. With a focus on partner strategy, she has worked to increase the number of vendor partners from five to almost 200 in a span of just five years, both organically and through acquisitions. Under her leadership, CDI has achieved numerous partner accolades, including reaching ServiceNow Elite status, and consistently showing revenue numbers at the top of the region for Cisco, Dell Technologies and VMware.
Hall is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of The Park School of Communications at Ithaca College and has more than two decades of marketing experience spanning a wide variety of industries. Her previous roles include Director of Marketing at GAF roofing manufacturer, Director of Market Research with Harris Interactive and Marketing Director with Meridian Capital Group.
