Wednesday, March 13th

For those arriving on Wednesday, you can check-in at the hotel front desk on the 2nd floor.

Thursday, March 14th

For those arriving on Thursday morning, please self-park in the garage and you will be given a voucher to cover the cost when you receive your room key.

9:30 AM to 10:55 AM

Registration and Bag Drop-Off

Upon arrival, do not go to the front desk to check in, just proceed with your luggage towards the Circus Maximus Theater on the 2nd floor. Just in front of the theater at the Box Office, you will be able to get your name badge for the day. Make sure you get your badge, as you will need it for access to lunch, dinner, and the after party!

Heading into the theater, you can get your fun swag, store your luggage until your room is ready, and grab coffee and snacks.

11:00 AM to 12:30 PM

Keynote Presentation

Join your fellow conquerors as we hear how to slay 2024... and where we're headed next! This takes place in the Circus Maximus Theater.

12:45 PM to 2:15 PM

Lunch and Hotel Room Check-In

Join your coworkers in the Palace Court on the 3rd floor for a feast fit for a gladiator!

For those arriving on Thursday, during lunch you will be able to begin your hotel check-in process at a table set up just outside the Palace Court. If you're room is not yet available during this time, the hotel will text you when your room is ready, and you can proceed to a Check-In Hub just outside the Circus Maximus Theater where luggage is stored.

2:30 PM to 4:30 PM

Breakout Sessions

Each team will get together in various breakout rooms within the hotel. Mingle with your team and hear about plans for future victories. You will receive a calendar invite with the specific room for your team breakout and you can check back on this page for updates listing the room for each session. Most will take place in the 3rd floor meeting space noted on the map.

4:30 PM to 6:00 PM

Downtime

Even gladiators need their rest! Take some time to relax in your room (or at the casino?).

6:15 PM to 7:30 PM

Cocktail Hour

Meet back up with your teammates and be joined by some of our top partner representatives for cocktail hour just outside the Palladium Ballroom on the 2nd floor.

7:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Dinner

Enjoy buffet style feast fit for a king with the entire company and our partner guests in the Palladium Ballroom.

9:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Evening Festivities

Back at it again! Just like past years, we have some great late-night fun in store for the 2024 Kickoff! Enjoy the triumph of another successful day - come hear the super popular cover band, The Benjamins, stay for the DJ, ride a mechanical bull, or... gamble right there at reserved tables for our party at the Wild Wild West club on the 1st floor!

Friday, March 15th

Breakfast

Return to Palladium Ballroom for some breakfast before we all get on the road to get back home.

You know around here we work hard, and we play just as hard! At this year's kickoff, you can expect great food, great prizes, and great fun! We will have an amazing, popular cover band, our usual DJ to keep the crowd dancing, and fun games to play with your coworkers!

Parking

Caesars Hotel & Casino Atlantic City's Self-Park Garage

AHEAD will cover all parking for employees at the 2024 Kickoff. Please do not pay for parking upon arrival. When you receive your hotel room key, a self-parking voucher will he handed to you. This can be turned in when leaving the garage after the event.

CHECK IN AND REGISTRATION

Skip the check-in desks! Hotel check-in is even easier this year.

For those arriving on Thursday, head straight to the Circus Maximus Theater to register for Kickoff and drop off your luggage Registration takes place from 9:30 a.m. to 10:55 a.m. and will include coffee and snacks.

Registration is NOT optional. Even if you arrive on Wednesday, we ask all AHEAD employees to make their way to our registration tables before the festivities begin. During the lunch period, hotel check-in will take place by the Palace Court. Anyone who does not get a room immediately during this time will receive a text message when their room is available and can pick up the key at the Check-In Hub outside the Circus Maximus Theater near where the luggage is stored.

If you are planning on staying additional nights beforehand, please proceed to the hotel front desk upon arrival to check in as you normally would. Have your room confirmation number ready and let them know you are staying an additional night for the AHEAD Kickoff.

NOTE: All rooms are covered by AHEAD and no incidentals will be charged to you. However, if you do wish to charge items to your room, please bring a personal credit card to the front desk to add to your reservation.

DRESS CODE

On the day of the AHEAD Kickoff, we are asking all employees to be dressed business casual (YES - jeans are OK!). This includes the morning breakfast through the final breakout sessions during the day.

At night during our reception, you can choose to remain in your attire or change into cocktail attire - whatever you feel most comfortable in! Stay tuned for more information on the end-of-night events.

*If you plan to ride the mechanical bull, we will provide a waiver and you should keep in mind when planning your attire!

Make sure Concur has all of your frequent flyer numbers and billing info.
