9:30 AM to 10:55 AM

Registration and Bag Drop-Off

Upon arrival, you can drop off your bags at the Etess Arena (by the large escalators near hotel check-in), then please make your way to the Whammy Bar at Sound Waves Theatre for registration, coffee, and snacks.

11:00 AM to 12:30 PM

Keynote Presentation

Join your CDI peers as we hear from leadership on how far we've come... and where our sights are set next! Meet us in the Sound Waves Theatre.

12:45 PM to 2:30 PM

Lunch

Join your coworkers a the Etess Arena for a full lunch spread! For those arriving on Thursday, here is where you will be able to begin your hotel check-in process. If you are not able to get into your room during this time, the hotel will text you when your room has become available.

2:30 PM to 4:30 PM

Breakouts

Each team will get together in various breakout rooms within the Hotel. Mingle with your team and hear about plans for the future.

4:30 PM to 5:15 PM

Pause in the Fun

Take some time to relax in your room (or at the casino?)

5:15 PM to 6:15 PM

We are inviting someone special to come hang with us in the Sound Waves Theatre!

6:15 PM to 7:30 PM

Cocktail Hour

Meet back up with your coworkers at the Etess Arena for cocktail hour! Mingle and enjoy delicious drinks, and step into our video booth to tell your #WhyCDI story.

Optional: Change into your cocktail hour attire! See dress code details below.

7:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Dinner

Enjoy buffet style dinner with the entire company at Etess Arena.

9:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Evening Festivities

Back at it again! Just like last year, we have some great late night fun in store for the 2023 Kickoff! Massage stations, fun games, drinking, and dancing will be waiting for you. Come ready for fun.

8:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Breakfast

Return to the arena for some breakfast before we all get on the road to get back home.

Parking

CDI will cover all parking for employees at the 2023 Kickoff. Please do not pay for parking upon arrival. In the coming weeks we will provide pre-paid parking codes for each employee. Please look for future communications with the parking pass.

CHECK IN AND REGISTRATION

Skip the check-in desks! Hotel check-in is even easier this year.

When you arrive, head straight to the Etess Arena to drop off your luggage and then make your way to the Whammy Bar outside of Sound Waves Theatre for registration. Registration takes place from 9:30 a.m. to 10:55 a.m. and will include coffee and snacks.

Registration is NOT optional. Even if you arrive a day early, we ask all CDI employees to make their way to our registration tables before the festivities begin. During the lunch period, hotel check-in will take place nearby inside the Etess Arena. Anyone who does not get a room immediately during this time will receive a text message when their room is available.

If you are planning on staying additional nights beforehand, please proceed to the hotel front desk to check in as you normally would. Have your room confirmation number ready and let them know you are staying an additional night for the CDI Kickoff.

NOTE: All rooms are covered by CDI and no incidentals will be charged to you. However, if you do wish to charge items to your room please bring a personal credit card to the front desk to add to your reservation.

DRESS CODE

On the day of the CDI Kickoff, we are asking all employees to be dressed business casual (YES - jeans are OK!). This includes the morning breakfast, through the final breakout sessions during the day.

At night during our reception, you can choose to remain in your attire or change into cocktail attire - whatever you feel most comfortable in! Stay tuned for more information on the end-of-night events.
