Arrivals begin and luggage can be dropped at the Etess Arena for safe keeping until check in.

Join your CDI peers as we hear from leadership on how far we've come... and where our sights are set next! Meet us in the Sound Waves Theatre.

12:45 PM to 2:30 PM

Lunch

It's at Etess Arena and those waiting to check in can do so at a special remote check in desk in the arena.

2:30 PM to 4:30 PM

Breakouts

Each team will get together in various breakout rooms within the Hotel. Mingle with your team and hear about plans for the future.

4:30 PM to 5:15 PM

Pause in the Fun

Take some time to relax in your room (or at the casino?)

5:15 PM to 6:15 PM

We are inviting someone special to come hang with us in the Sound Waves Theatre!

6:15 PM to 7:30 PM

Cocktail Hour

More info to come on what you can expect! But for now, just plan to sip on delicious drinks with your coworkers at Etess Arena!

Dinner

Enjoy buffet style dinner with the entire company at Etess Arena.

Parking

CDI will cover all parking for employees at the 2023 Kickoff. Please do not pay for parking upon arrival. In the coming weeks we will provide pre-paid parking codes for each employee. Please look for future communications with the parking pass.

Check in

Skip the check-in desks! Hotel check-in is even easier this year. When you arrive, head straight to the Etess Arena to drop off your luggage and then make your way to the Whammy Bar outside of Sound Waves Theatre for registration. During the lunch period, hotel check-in will take place nearby inside the arena. Anyone who does not get a room immediately during this time will receive a text message when their room is available.

If you are planning on staying additional nights beforehand, please proceed to the hotel front desk to check in as you normally would. Have your room confirmation number ready and let them know you are staying an additional night for the CDI Kickoff.

NOTE: All rooms are covered by CDI and no incidentals will be charged to you. However, if you do wish to charge items to your room please bring a personal credit card to the front desk to add to your reservation.

DRESS CODE

On the day of the CDI Kickoff, we are asking all employees to be dressed business casual (YES - jeans are OK!). This includes the morning breakfast, through the final breakout sessions during the day.

At night during our reception, you can choose to remain in your attire or change into cocktail attire - whatever you feel most comfortable in! Stay tuned for more information on the end-of-night events.

From there you can begin searching for your flights or trains. Reminder! You do not need to purchase hotels - we've got that covered.

Make sure Concur has all of your frequent flyer numbers and billing info.
