Planning and Design
	Verify business requirements and provide configuration recommendations
	Design SAN architecture:
		Port layout to provide redundancy at the HBA, cable, GBIC, and switch processor levels
		Standardized naming conventions for WWN nicknames, zones, and zone sets
		Design zones and zone sets according to industry best practices
Implementation and Testing
	Install and configure the fibre channel switches
	Install HBAs (host bus adapters) and their associated drivers and firmware
	Install Storage Resource Management (SRM) software
Documentation, Knowledge Transfer and Acceptance
	Produce, deliver, and review configuration documentation and conduct knowledge transfer
