Cisco IP Telephony Service

Like server and storage consolidation, a Cisco-enabled IP telephony servers installed by CDI, in one headquarter location, can replace separate phone systems and local access lines in many enterprise locations – controlling and switching all employees’ phones through the WAN.

Our trained consultants begin by performing a thorough assessment of your network and telephony infrastructure to understand the level of productive coexistence that’s needed between voice, data, and even video – and to ensure that there will be sufficient bandwidth for all (QOS Assessment).

CDI then installs and configures Cisco’s CallManager IP telephony platform at whatever scale, Fault Tolerance, and Redundancy is appropriate for your enterprise, allowing you to grow the system to meet future communications needs and – most importantly – preserving your investment in the installed system as you grow.

We set up your road warriors with soft or hard IP phones so that they can receive calls through CallManager from any broadband internet connection – anywhere, anytime – at their traditional phone and extension numbers. Not only can they receive their calls, they can retrieve voice mails via email, listen to email from any phone and receive or forward faxes to a local fax machine. The result: the highest level of availability, productivity, and quality of service to your customers and flexibility for your employees.

After testing and troubleshooting, CDI will perform a complete knowledge transfer and training to ensure your staff knows how to manage the system as well as support your employees. If desired CDI can provide 24x7 monitoring and support of your IP Telephony solution.
